It’s hours before holiday gatherings and maybe you still need a dessert for the guests coming over this evening, to take to the in-laws, ready for New Year's Eve or to have at home just for you. The holiday season means signature spices and scents like ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg — also bound to tantalize the tastebuds. If it were possible, the flavor may even taste like Christmas and for this no-bake gingersnap recipe, there are anti-inflammatory health benefits. Countdown to 2022: on a short-term mission 

With just one week left until 2022, the countdown is on to say goodbye to the year gone by and ring-in the possibility of what is to come.
